I had the privilege of photographing these two little cuties, Jordan and Yasmeen. Aren’t they absolutely precious and sweet as can be? They are Jordanian and Jordan is a place very dear to my heart. My husband and I lived there for 4 months and loved every minute of it. We loved it so much we gave our son Jordan for his middle name.

Tira and Yoichi are two more of my dancing buddies from The Rock Church, and they too met in the group, fell in love, got married and well…the rest is history! After having two amazingly adorable babies, they are expecting #3! This world definitely needs more little Wakayamas. Keep ‘em coming you guys! Tira is seriously one of the sweetest people you will EVER meet and she just radiates beauty. Not only on the outside, because as you will see in the images below she is gorgeous, but her inner beauty shines through to everyone around her. She inspires me to better a better woman! Tira and Yoichi are amazing people who have amazing kids. That pretty much sums it up. Thank you for being you!

Yoichi and Tira have raised their two babies Nixon and Scarlett in Point Loma, Liberty Station. Recently they have been blessed with the gift of owning their own home and will be moving to East County. Since Liberty Station is so special to them, we decided to do their session there. I know they are sad to leave, but are excited for this new beginning. Congratulations you guys! Blessings to your beautiful family and this next chapter in your lives.

I could tell immediately upon meeting Staci and Rueben that they are so in love. Rueben was up for doing anything as long as it made Staci happy. I know taking photos was not on his top 10 list for favorite things to do, but making his soon to be bride was. They are so sweet with one another and they make an amazing couple. The love they have for each other shows through in these images. Here are just a few from their session.

Kim and I go way back to our dancing days at the Rock Church. We were on a dance team together along with her husband Pat. Pat is a smart man. What better place to find your dream woman than the church dance team right? They are such a sweet, loving, giving and thoughtful couple. Kim is an amazing friend. She is always there if you need someone to talk to and always offers a helping hand to anyone in need. She is the type of friend everyone hopes to have and I am blessed to call her my friend. She is also an amazing Mommy. She has such a sweet gentle spirit and her boys adore her. I can’t say enough great things about her. She is just an extraordinary woman! It was such a privilege to capture this sweet little family.

The Boyles are a sweet family that I actually know from Colorado. They were in San Diego for a family vacation and they asked me to take some pictures for them. Little Connor is absolutely adorable! Had so much shooting this family. Thanks again you guys! It was so great seeing you!

Alexa: Newborn

I love this family! The Sanders are not only beautiful on the outside, they are incredibly beautiful inside. They are such a sweet, genuine family who deserves all the happiness in the world! Last week they welcome adorable little Alexa into their family. You can tell Alexa already has her daddy wrapped around her finger. Haley, Alexa’s mommy just beams with joy and Alexa’s big brother Jaxson is so proud and excited to show off his new baby sister. Congratulations to all of you. Alexa is absolutely precious! Critter and Alex: Engagement

San Diego is my home. No, I didn’t grow up there, but my husband did and I did live there for a few years. That is enough for me to claim it as my home! So I when I was contacted by Alex to take her and her fiance Critter’s engagement pictures and I found out they both attended Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego I was so excited! My husband went to Point Loma High School, so Point Loma is really special to us Wrights. I knew instantly I would love being around the two of them because well, they are San Diegans!

I wasn’t disappointed. The two of them are so sweet and so in love! They were such great sports and were up for anything. We got eaten alive by mosquitos ( I am covered in bites and calamine lotion is now my new best friend), but they didn’t complain and kept on going! Thank you so much Alex and Critter for being so flexible and for enduring the mosquitos! You two are awesome!

Derrick, Veronica, Ellie and Parker are such a sweet, fun family and a fun family to shoot! Little Ellie has so much energy and says the cutest things! Little Parker is so chill and laid back and has those killer beautiful baby blue eyes. They love the outdoors, so I found a gorgeous little spot in Boulder for their shoot.
