My name is Annadee and I am a wife to an amazing man, a mommy to a beautiful little boy and I am a lifestyle photographer in the Denver/Boulder area. I am so fortunate to do what I do and I am thankful for the incredible life I have been blessed with.
My love for photography grew while traveling through Europe and the Middle East. Capturing the simplistic beauty, rich culture and a diverse people living their day to day lives in a land foreign to me, fueled my love for photography. That love only grew after the birth of my son. I love that with a simple click of a button I am recording unforgettable moments in his life that we will look back on forever. I would love to capture those moments for you too.

I love this family! The Sanders are not only beautiful on the outside, they are incredibly beautiful inside. They are such a sweet, genuine family who deserves all the happiness in the world! Last week they welcome adorable little Alexa into their family. You can tell Alexa already has her daddy wrapped around her finger. Haley, Alexa’s mommy just beams with joy and Alexa’s big brother Jaxson is so proud and excited to show off his new baby sister. Congratulations to all of you. Alexa is absolutely precious! San Diego is my home. No, I didn’t grow up there, but my husband did and I did live there for a few years. That is enough for me to claim it as my home! So I when I was contacted by Alex to take her and her fiance Critter’s engagement pictures and I found out they both attended Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego I was so excited! My husband went to Point Loma High School, so Point Loma is really special to us Wrights. I knew instantly I would love being around the two of them because well, they are San Diegans!
I wasn’t disappointed. The two of them are so sweet and so in love! They were such great sports and were up for anything. We got eaten alive by mosquitos ( I am covered in bites and calamine lotion is now my new best friend), but they didn’t complain and kept on going! Thank you so much Alex and Critter for being so flexible and for enduring the mosquitos! You two are awesome!

Derrick, Veronica, Ellie and Parker are such a sweet, fun family and a fun family to shoot! Little Ellie has so much energy and says the cutest things! Little Parker is so chill and laid back and has those killer beautiful baby blue eyes. They love the outdoors, so I found a gorgeous little spot in Boulder for their shoot. I was so excited when Amanda contacted me to do some shots for her portfolio because, she is….STUNNING! I could have shot her all day. Amanda is a hairstylist, as you can tell by her rockin hair and her makeup was done by the super talented Sara Duffey. Here are a few of my favorite images from Amanda’s session.
Wesley Scott was born on May 14th to my friends Scott and Rebecca and is seriously one of the cutest babies ever! I haven’t been around a newborn since Elijah was born and it is so crazy to me that Elijah was ever that small! Wesley was such a cooperative little guy. We put him in a basket and he stayed fast asleep and didn’t even make a peep. Congratulations Scott and Rebecca! Wesley is absolutely perfect.
I had the privilege of photographing Haley, her baby bump and her little man Jaxson. Haley’s due date is quickly approaching and her family is anxiously awaiting the arrival of their baby GIRL, especially little Jaxson. He is going to make such a great big brother. Lennon recently turned one and his Mommy and Daddy wanted to get some images of him to remember this milestone. He is such a handsome, happy and sweet little boy, who definitely gave me a run for my money. Nothing new to me, I am accustomed to chasing my own little man around with a my camera. Photographing kids could seriously become a new workout routine for me because I usually leave sweating and exhausted. Although challenging, I love capturing the sweet innocence of little ones! Jacques has set the bar pretty high for all the men out there. I was in complete awe of their engagement story. Jacques surprised Teresa by taking her down to Standley Lake and decorated a gazeebo with white lights and had a cello player playing. Yes, I said A CELLO PLAYER. How romantic is that? These two are so stinkin cute and there is no doubt about it, they are so in love. I think these images are proof of that.

Lindsey and I met at a bible study group in college and she immediately drew me in with her fun loving spirit. I didn’t even know Lindsey more than a couple of weeks before she asked me if I wanted to be her roomie. Although it was a bit crazy to move in with someone you barely know, I said yes. We moved in with another young lady, Andrea, whom I had never met before the day we signed the lease, and the three of of quickly became the best of friends. The three of us have been through the good, the bad AND the down right UGLY. It is so awesome to have lifetime friends like the two of them.
Lindsey recently wrote a book (you can check her and her book out here.) and she was in need of some new headshots. She is now living in San Diego, but was back in Boulder for a week, so we went out, had some fun and got some great shots. A special shout out to Andrea for coming out with us and for your help.
